This is the best cafe in Jasper! From the gorgeous mural to the delicious and unique coffee beverages (complete with stunning latte art!), this is your place.
Must Try: Anything from the current Limited Time Menu. Or the Rose Cardamom Latte.

A great place for a Quebec inspired breakfast! They even do cretons!
Must Try: Québec Combo ~ 2 eggs baked over maple syrup & ham with bacon, sausage, homemade cretons, pork & beans. (The Francois’s Duck Liver Pâté is also very good.)

One of the best places in town. Fresh and interesting plates!
Must Try: The menu changes all the time and it's all good!

You need to experience this, especially during sunset. At 7,700 feet above sea level, this is Canada's most elevated restaurant. Every dinner reservation includes gondola access.
Must Try: King Cole Duck Breast ~ Fried duck confit, celeriac green apple puree, Saskatoon berry, port jus. The Tuna Toast is incredible too!

I don't know what a totally legit Jamaican joint is doing in a tiny mountain town... But it's there and it's good.
Must Try: Jerk Chicken Sandwich ~ Jamaican coco bread, jerk chicken, jerk aioli, cloeslaw.

The best restaurant in Jasper! The names of the dishes stick with the "evil" theme and it's a lot of fun.
Must Try: Beautiful Brie ~ Evil Dave’s original recipe. Panko and almonds crusted, deep fried served with toasted baguette.

Stunningly beautiful sushi restaurant in the mountains that is brimming with atmosphere. They have karaoke too!
Must Try: Maui Wowie Maki Roll ~ Ahi tuna, mango, avocado, cucumber, mango mayo. The Buttermilk Miso Mile-High Pie is incredible as well.

This is some extremely legit BBQ!!! A must-stop even if you're just passing through.
Must Try: Smoked Meat Platter for Two ~ Brisket, pulled pork, chicken, ribs & sausage. Served with corn bread, M's baked beans, apple slaw, potato salad & green salad.

Imagine Canadian mountain food with a Japanese twist! This might be the best restaurant in Jasper at the moment. The setting is adorable as well.
Must Try: Elk Tartare ~ Seaweed cracker, spicy mayo, cured yolk, burnt miso.

Fresh, bright, beautiful colours! Plus a gorgeous lake-side setting. There is some seriously delicious food to be found in this tiny mountain town.
Must Try: Chili Coconut Margarita ~ Cimarron blanco tequila, triple sec, coconut syrup, habanero, lime, shaken on ice, tajin rim.

My favourite cafe in Banff! This fresh space offers interesting drinks as well as an array of healthy eats. (Plus a subtle dino theme that I'm into!)

Who doesn't love a great sandwich? This is the best place in town for an amazing sando made exactly the way that you want it.
Must Try: Custom Sandwich ~ Choose your bun, meat, sauces, veggies, and cheese.

The most modern and delicious breakfast in Jasper. Wonderful drinks too!
Must Try: Avocado on Sourdough ~ Poached egg, avocado, Robson Valley herbs & greens, pomegranate, preserved lemon, pistachio dukkah, Brio sourdough.

Especially delicious Sunday brunch!
Must Try: Duck Confit + Goat Cheese Benny (But if you see the Fried Oatmeal, consider that as well!)

This place is exactly what Jasper needs more of! Located in the former (totally renovated) Chaba Theatre, this gorgeous restaurant is brimming with atmosphere. Part distiller, part smokehouse, all delicious.
Must Try: Classic Platter for 2 ~ Alberta beef brisket, half chicken, served with choice of one potato and two vegetables.
